These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blakes 237 Solutions website and our vehicle fitment services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Blakes 237 Solutions provides commercial vehicle fitment services including but not limited to:

  • Security systems (locks, alarms, safes)
  • Towing equipment (towbars, electrics)
  • Visibility and safety equipment (cameras, sensors, lighting)
  • Telematics and tracking systems
  • Load management (roof bars, racking)
  • Interior fitout solutions

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection
  • Additional work required not apparent at quotation
  • Changes to the scope of work requested by you

We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of the work to be performed and the estimated cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time and preparation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as discussed at the time of booking.

6. Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in our installation work but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranty)

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original invoice and details of the issue.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care when working on your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects in your vehicle
  • Loss of use of the vehicle during repairs
  • Consequential losses arising from any delay or defect

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and requirements
  • Ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed time and location
  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle
  • Inform us of any known issues with the vehicle

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Blakes 237 Solutions and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
